An established and successful boutique perm recruitment agency specialising in White Collar are seeking an experienced White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join them. The agency focuses mainly on production and commercial White Collar Construction roles into a range of clients.
This is a 360 recruitment role hiring into White Collar Construction in the UK. You will be hiring roles like Site Managers, Architects, Project Managers, Supervisors, Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors. This involves hiring permanent professionals on salaries ranging from £50k to £120k into UK based companies.
You will be responsible for working with existing clients and picking up new clients. You will be required to attend site visits, visiting construction sites to meet clients and discuss their needs and projects.
Full management training up to Director level will also be provided. The MD is a billing manager and very much a part of the team, being thorough, meticulous, process-driven, and strong at training and developing good habits in recruiters.
Everyone has a mindset of personal growth and development; the whole company receives training on Fridays for a couple of hours, not just trainees. Even if you join with lots of experience, you will continue to push yourself to improve.
