A well established and successful professional services recruitment agency in Canterbury are seeking to hire 2 Recruitment consultants to join them. You will proactively source candidate scarce roles and seek the best possible people in the market for local commercial businesses. You will work with a range of large and SME businesses locally and provide the best possible talent. They are open to looking at hybrid working if this is something that you require for your situation. However, the team have flexibility now but choose to come in as they love being in the office. They are hiring on a couple of desks and are open on Recruitment background that you might have as long as you have done proactive sourcing and ideally Perm roles in the past or contract positions rather than filling day placements.
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year 360 recruitment experience in an agency environment.
- Please do not apply if you come from a talent acquisition background, unless you have done a commercial sales role with B2B sales recently.
The successful candidate will be team orientated and professional, hard working and motivated and be customer focussed in their recruitment approach.
