Once you have secured enough work to be sufficiently busy, you will then be able to hire resourcing/delivery support as needed.

  • Secure a client and then account manage that client moving forwards, filling all their roles without having to pass off roles to other consultants.
  • Build a strong long-term relationship with your client and be the point of all contact for them.
  • Once you have secured clients and proved yourself, house clients will also be given to you to manage from the MD’s existing relationships.
  • No restrictions on geography for recruitment, allowing you to widen your scope on BD.
  • 10% to 20% commission on a sliding scale (monthly).
  • Bonus on junior consultants' billings once you add team members.
  • Parking on-site.
  • A very friendly environment where everyone gets on well and has a laugh.
  • Innovative solutions, always forward-thinking, learning, and looking at ways to improve back office and processes to be as efficient as possible.
  • A very good payroll company supporting, ensuring effective payroll management.
  • 20 days annual leave, 1 day off for birthday plus bank holidays.
  • Director lunches and team incentives for sales.

The Requirements are:

  • Ideally, you will be a 360 recruiter with at least a year (ideally more) of construction recruitment experience in any built environment/construction vertical.
  • You can be a temps or permanent recruiter, or someone who dual desks.
  • You need to be very money motivated and driven to bring in new clients.
  • You need proven experience securing new clients and making placements with them.
  • Salary up to £40K level depending on experience (they may also look at a more experienced level on a case-by-case basis, depending on markets and experience).
