The Role
You will be a strong 360 Cyber recruiter/Data recruiter wanting to develop a new Cyber/Data division in a successful specialist IT recruitment agency. There is business being done in both disciplines already. You will start as a Senior 360 and be billing with the capability to quickly add team members and expand the division. You can join as Senior Consultant to Senior Manager level as long as you are hands-on billing and are ready to grow a division. This is a great step up for someone looking to invest in their career.

The Package
Salary depending on experience, billings, clients you can bring with you and management experience. Commission is 15 to 30%. No threshold on commission.

The Selling Points
The business gets a steady amount of roles coming from their existing client base but would like to expand this further. The existing roles are in the UK so it makes sense to start on the UK market to make use of this crossover first but you can expand internationally in time. If you add team members you can add them to do contract/international hires. The business is expanding into the US soon too which will help your own division's expansion. This is a very stable and fast-growing organisation that thrived and grew during COVID, is cash rich, is expanding internationally and has space to add a lot of people. Incentives and holiday trips for high performance. Employee of the month, quarterly target hitters afternoon out, annual sales award with cash awards for the top two salespeople and top two delivery people. This is not a KPI driven environment; we provide space, direction and support. They are very tech-focused themselves and invest in the right tools for the team. Everyone has a LinkedIn recruiter licence.

The Requirements
Previous recruitment experience in IT markets is needed, in particular in Cyber/Data. You must enjoy building something and doing Business Development. You must be happy to be office based. You must want to build a division.
