Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Consultants - Wind (Office based role) A specialise and boutique Renewable Energy Recruitment Company based in Bromley. The company focus on Permanent and Contract placements into mainly onshore and offshore wind with the view to do more in Solar in the future. They are part of a wider Group and have a partner recruitment business with strong financial backing. Consultant/ Senior Consultant Positions available with Built Environment or Energy Recruitment Experience either contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients but you will benefit from existing business. You can be a perm or contract recruiter and you can chose to focus on UK, Europe or USA. 25-40k Basic Salary depending on experience * Work for a leader who bills more than £900k per year himself and a team below you billing well too - very strong market with lots of work to go after * Sales Incentive Trips/ holidays e.g. Monthly Incentive Vouchers and Prizes * Strong leadership and role models above you, very high performing team billing over £20m with less than 30 recruiters. * Everyone has a full recruiter licence on LinkedIn!! * Very successful training scheme (and full market training provided for consultants wishing to switch sectors) proven to create high billing consultants * Being client centric and providing quality work with integrity is really important for this business.
