Branch Sales Manager

Are you an experienced Course sales professional? If you have experience converting leads to learners and enrolling candidates onto paid training courses and experience managing a sales team then we would love to speak to you. * Hands on manager role with own sales targets as well as managing overall team sales targets * Set individual targets for team members and coach and train to hit sales figures. * Work closely with marketing team whom bring in leads and learners, and covert these leads to sales with a sales target and KPIs to hit for course sales figures * Enrol people onto Digital and CIPD training courses * Will have worked for a training or apprenticeship provider in a sales capacity * You will have ideally sold training courses * You will have experience managing 3-5 sales consultants * Have a long term view to grow and build the team and be promoted internally 2 days a week in the office in central London * £
