Hybrid Go To Market Recruitment Role – 2 days in office, London
We are partnering with a well-established agency located in the West End that focuses on Marketing Digital and Sales Recruitment. They are seeking someone with experience in GTM (Go to Market) recruitment ideally into the Tech Industry (software sales) to join ASAP due to a high demand for their services and an abundance of live roles. They are seeking a 360 recruiter that can manage entire processes end to end and has extensive experience in managing clients and recruitment processes past offer stage. You do not however need to be focusing on business development initially due to the level of live roles in the agency. You will however need to do relationship based BD converting your candidates into future clients, leveraging senior relationships over time.
They very much operate like a search agency, doing only proactive searches and using their connections and network whilst retaining the speed to hire. They operate on a contingent basis, but if you have search experience or experience placing senior hires on a contingent basis this will be very useful for them.

HOURS: 8:30am to 6pm (they do offer flexible working, so please enquire)
2 days in the office (Tues and Thurs), 3 from home (might be flexibility, so please enquire)
The Role
- 360 role but with a large focus on delivery.
- Lots of live roles and existing accounts, you will be working on delivering into existing clients.
- Work with some really cool, very large well known brands that are really exciting to work with.
- Average salaries of roles are £80K to £100K level
- Mainly perm positions.
- Global hires for clients in UK, Europe and USA.
- Saas clients, Advertising and Martech companies, Ecommerce and others.
- You will be placing sales and GTM roles with a wide range of global clients mainly at a senior level.

The ideal hire?
- You will need to have placed Sales/GTM professionals before (can be into a range of clients) If you are a software sales recruiter this will be of great benefit.
- Ideally you will have at least 5 years 360 recruitment experience
- You will be Senior Consultant plus level with lots of experience managing end to end perm processes at a senior level with clients.
- You will come from an agency recruitment background working with a range of clients ideally rather than Talent Acquisition or RPO on site background.
- You will be organised, methodical and will need to be a process driven person that sees the value of accurate information and up to date CRM.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written (exec search calibre candidate) that is also able to work fast paced.
- You will need strong proactive sourcing skills as this agency do not use job boards, they have lots of current tolls at your disposal and you will have LinkedIn recruiter and everything you need, they are also AI friendly, but you will not be “screening application” you will need to be a hunter to market map and find the best possible person for the role.
