My client, a specialist recruitment company based in Canterbury are looking to hire several Recruitment Consultants. They can hire at Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Level.

This position is Hybrid, three days a week in the office and two remote. Once established in the role and billing well this can reduce to 2 days in the office.

You will be hiring perm professionals into UK markets, they have several white collar professional desks available. They will fully cross train you on market when you join, so as long as you are used to filling professional and commercial perm roles that is fine. They have lots of existing clients, the role will be 360 with a focus on new BD but there will also be roles to get you settled in and started whilst you build a desk. They are very well known in the market with long term established clients.

The position is train accessible. You don\’t need a driving licence to apply.

Selling Points

  • Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission on the deal value of every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earned £30,000 for this business, you would take 40% of this as commission. So this is a very high-earning role.
  • Recruitment Consultants in this business progress and earn well. 9 different levels on team, and clear salary increases when you hit targets. Every £20K extra you bill in a year your salary increases bu £5K!
  • You will receive a structured training programme
  • Nearby parking and near to a mainline station
  • Flexible working hours after training (a lot of the team start at 7:30am and leave at 4pm)
  • 25 basic annual leave days, plus the chance to gain an extra day s annual leave for each year of service up to 28 days
