Professional staffing recruitment agency based in Epsom are seeking a recruitment consultant / senior recruitment consultant. The company are a long standing well reputed agency locally and cover Temp and Perm recruitment across the UK. They work on adhoc requirements and have some large accounts with big international brands. These are commercial / office based / white collar roles.
Role
- 360 recruitment consultant role managing existing business and doing new business development
- Client relationship management
- Visiting clients face to face as needed
- Sourcing relevant candidates
- Ensuring the database is up to date
- Working with the team\’s resourcer and admin staff to ensure records are up to date and the right candidates are being sourced etc

- A resourcer will help you fill roles – they will earn £100 per placement and you will keep the remaining fees
