The Company
A fast growing highly successful specialist agency in the built environment space based in Maidstone.
The Role
Experienced recruitment consultants needed from professional sectors doing perm white collar recruitment.
- The Selling Points
- Flexible start times from 8am to 10am. (start at 8am and finish at 4:30pm and so on)
- Flexible working lunch breaks. E. g. could have 2-hour lunch break to go gym or meet someone for lunch and then work later or have a short lunch and finish earlier
- Ad hoc flexibility where required
- Small dogs can come to the office if needed
- Hybrid working 3 days in the office Mon, Wed, Thursday (one of these can be altered but they try and stick to same days as a team in the office)
- Very supportive and nurturing culture with good training.
- Working with Directors that are very experienced and successful in their markets and very good at training consultants
- Once consultants are billing around £75K-£100K a year then they will be able to hire a Resourcer to work on their roles with them and start to scale a team.
- Company holiday (this year they’re going to Germany, last year they went to Albania)
- The Package
Commission is 25% after £10K threshold for the quarterly, so roughly equates to getting 25% after made one placement for the quarter. (You get full commission split for doing a deal even if they are resourcing/delivery and working with existing client base)
- Annual leave of 20 days plus bank holidays plus they are shut for 2 weeks at Christmas.
- Health Cash Plan (covers a yearly amount for a variety of eye tests/therapies/dental/diagnosis tests) They have upgraded this - if people have kids each child has the same allowances completely independently too.
- £1K bonus in June and December if hit targets.
- "spin the wheel" - EVERY deal you do, you get a spin of the wheel, it ranges from a fiver to £100, to a day off AL. A little perk but everyone absolutely loves it

- Recruitment experience in a professional sector, hiring permanent experts in their field.
- You will have experience of sourcing candidates not being reactive
- You will have BD experience and willing to do new client outreach
- It is important that you offer a consultative and not a pushy sell to this client base
- It is likely that you will have two years of recruitment experience but other profiles are being considered
