My client, a specialist IT recruitment agency in Maidstone, is seeking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
The agency is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and will provide full training. Initially you will work closely with candidates and perform resourcing for the consultants to place people into existing clients. You will progress to training on managing client relationships and securing new clients, and you will gradually manage the entire recruitment process and conduct business development to secure your own clients. You will primarily hire into the US market and work in the office five days a week with the following hours: Monday to Thursday 10:00–19:00 and Friday 09:00–17:00. These hours are aimed at effectively engaging with US-based clients and candidates.
Main Responsibilities
- Screening applications
- Searching for CVs and candidates to call
- Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls on the phone and via video
- Writing detailed candidate profiles
- Managing interview processes
- Managing offer processes
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing expectations, providing updates and expert advice, and staying in touch
- Securing new clients with business development

The Package
- With hard work, it is highly likely you will earn six figures within a couple of years

- Base salary up to £26k for the right candidate
