My client, a specialist recruitment company based in Canterbury, is looking to hire several Recruitment Consultants. They will consider trainees from a B2B or commercial sales background and also Recruitment Consultants seeking a new opportunity.
Selling Points:
- Uncapped commission with no threshold or desk fees.
- You will earn 10% to 40% in commission on the deal value of every person you place. For example, if you placed two people in one month and the company earned £30,000 for this business, you would take 40% of this as commission.
- This is a very high-earning role.
- Hybrid role; you can come in more days a week if you want to use the office, but this is flexible.
