The Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in an agency in GTM or Tech roles in one of their specialist areas.
- Focus on engineering, Cyber, Blockchain, Salesforce and Data roles on the tech side; partnering with Cyber, data, fintech and SaaS businesses on the GTM side.
- A passion for networking and bringing in clients while providing a high level of service to existing clients.
- This is a 360 role, requiring previous experience in this capacity.
- Motivated to improve billings and achieve high billing levels, open to learning new ideas.
- Ideally billing at the £180k level and above per year already.
- Currently in a Talent acquisition role/internal role will not be considered.
