We have an urgent requirement for a tech delivery consultant to start with one of our clients. My client, a growing forward-thinking and innovative agency that specialises predominantly in supporting the recruitment for tech clients in Europe, is currently looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to start ASAP.
The role:
- Review applications and screen candidates
- Proactively source candidates from LinkedIn and a variety of job boards
- Contact candidates on the database
- Qualify candidates for client roles and gain their interest in being put forward
- Write candidate summaries, job descriptions and job adverts
- Manage the recruitment process with current clients, from taking role details down to managing interview and offer processes with the candidate and client
- Manage relationship with client accounts and increase coverage and scope of the account where possible into new areas, geographies, or new contacts
- Work on-site and manage the recruitment as an internal recruiter would, working directly with hiring managers and line managers to manage the recruitment process
The role will also involve commercial roles and high-volume operational roles, and the consultant must work across all types of positions.

What are they looking for?
- 2 to 3 years plus recruitment delivery experience, either in an agency or RPO background. You may have been a delivery consultant or a 360 consultant who prefers the delivery side.
- Experience managing the full client relationship, from taking role details down to managing interviews and offers.
- Experience filling high-volume account roles for established clients and filling hard-to-fill roles that require proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards.
- Aspiring to progress within the business; they have a detailed promotion and career development plan.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, enjoying working as part of a large team, passing leads, and helping team members.
