Position: Ecommerce Executive
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Location: Blackpool (onsite)
What's the background?
You will be joining a large Marketing team, for a business that operates multiple brands within its Group. They have a long and successful history with clients across the UK and internationally. Operating multiple websites for the various brands, they sell across these platforms as well as through eBay and Amazon stores too. The company offers great employee benefits and adopts flexible working - the hours are 9-5 but they operate a core day of 10-4.
Responsibilities:
- As the Ecommerce Executive you will be responsible for driving growth through major online marketplaces across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
- You will help generate sales through the design and implementation of strategies to maximise sales and brand presence on platforms like Amazon and eBay.
- Creation and deployment of strategies to maximise product performance by utilising and analysing all available data and identifying sales/product/category trends.
- Creating, managing, and optimising Amazon / Ebay PPC advertising campaigns.
- Implement and optimise Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and similar programs on other platforms.
- Writing keyword optimised copy for both new and existing product listings.
- Managing special offers.
- Management of online marketplaces to drive growth.
- Manage the channels for errors, alerts, questions, and enquiries and resolve them urgently.
- Effectively launching new products.
- Research and evaluate potential new indirect sales channels.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for indirect channel sales activities.
- Conducting competitor analysis.
- Actively cooperating with the in-house design team to enhance product listings and content.
Experience needed:
- 2 years of experience with e-commerce or channels sales, with a focus on indirect sales channels.
- Extensive knowledge of Amazon Advertising and experience in directly managing profitable PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Experience managing CPC campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or inefficiencies to achieve effective results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Interested in optimising and improving existing business processes and product performance.
- Able to think creatively to find solutions, prioritise workload and is self-motivated.
- A keen eye for detail and able to write and optimize compelling content for product pages.
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Excel to deal with and process large data sets.
