Role: Principal Consultant - PE CFO & Finance

Location: London

Base: £75K+ (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Step into multiple £100k+ fee CFO/Finance mandates within a specialist PE search platform delivering Value Creation, Strategy, Transformation and C-Suite mandates across large-cap funds and their PortCos. Success here is proven.

INTERIM:

  • c.£10m division across 10 heads
  • Average day rates c.£2k with mandates north of £3k/day

PERM:

  • c.£7m division across 7 heads
  • Average fees north of £110k

Working mandates across:

  • CFO
  • Finance Directors
  • Group Financial Controllers
  • Heads of Finance

A few highlights:

  • Base £75k
  • 45% Commission
  • Direct mentorship from a consistent £1m interim biller (or £3mn Perm)
  • Large & Mega-cap PE exposure
  • 2 days WFH (Mon/Fri)
