This is an opportunity to join a high-performance retained search environment, delivering CEO, CFO, CTO, CRO and COO mandates for some of the most exciting PE-backed businesses across the UK, US, MEA and APAC.

The Role

You'll operate within a high-performing executive search environment, managing retained assignments from brief through to completion on 8-week search cycles .

• Executive Search experience or high-end contingent recruitment experience

• Full 360 capability

• Commercially ambitious and motivated by both earnings and equity upside

• 2–3+ years minimum
