Senior Director β Legal In-House Recruitment
This is a VERY exciting opportunity.
My client, a 20+ head global Executive Search specialist, is on the lookout for an industry-leading Senior Director to spearhead the growth of their Legal In-House Offering.
After being acquired by a Multi-Billion Dollar Consultancy , they are rapidly scaling to establish best-in-class practices across their core disciplines.
In this role, you will be building this desk from the ground up, with an established client base already.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic direction β Play a fundamental part in the growth & overall makeup of their LDN operation alongside the board.
- Headcount growth β Aim to add multiple senior heads this year.
- Revenue generation β You MUST be able to bring in revenue given the initial scope of this role.
