Higher Group is partnering with one of London's leading PE Specialists, holding three global offices and 60 operators. They are responsible for the large majority of notable movers within the PE landscape across the UK, US & Pan-Europe. After finishing Q1 36% Up YoY, they are looking to expand their Fund & Portfolio CFO Teams.

You will be joining a multi-head, high-functioning team, led by one of the firm's Top Partners, generating an excess of £850k a year. They have a track record of taking those without PE experience and developing them into superstars capable of £300k+ in their first year! You will be peer-mentored by the firm's top biller, generating £2,800,000 last year alone. With their water-tight relationships, you will have inbound work from day one.

  • Avg Fees £50k+
  • Inbound work (over 40 roles referred to this team YTD)
  • Avg Biller: £400k
  • Avg Year 1 Performance: £300k (Majority inbound)
