I'm really excited by this one... After an incredible first couple of years in business, one of our key clients are looking to bolster their SLT. Now sitting at 25 HC across 2 offices, this strategic hire will be pivotal for them doubling HC & revenue across 2026...
In this role, you will inherit a high performing office of 10, focusing on the below.
Responsibilities
- Growth – strategy here set to be agreed upon starting
- Market expansion – identifying key market opportunities to invest into is key
- Revenue generation – all of their team contributes to the businesses performance
