I am working on exclusive role with a rapidly scaling 40+ head global recruitment brand.
After securing a new industry-leading MD, they are now looking to bring in strong performers across their Engineering, Renewables and Energy & Utilities divisions.
Your role will be working closely with the new MD who has an impressive 20+ year track record of successfully scaling teams, divisions & businesses.

Access to 200+ ACTIVE clients (across Renewables, Engineering, Energy & Utilities and Tech)

A rapidly growing brand, who have climbed from 5 to 40+ heads (across the UK & US) in the last 4 yrs
A solid board team with over 100+ yrs of combined industry experience, including multiple successful investing, scaling & exiting journeys under their belts
A strong wealth creation play, with £ for £ pay out on the EBIT contribution of your division – e.g. your division contributing £500k = £500k earn out
