Principal Consultant (London Area)

Principal – Private Practice, Legal Recruitment – 80K BASE plus sign on/guarantee

You will have the opportunity to be the right hand man/woman to a 800k Partner biller , who is currently working on an exclusive £4m role . This will allow you to further develop already established relationships with the US Elite and top UK firms including Kirkland and Ellis .

You will have a hand in scaling up an already established partner and associates market , walking into a desk ready to make money from day one on a 50% commission structure .

Making Legal their no.1 priority in 2025, you will be instrumental in scaling up their legal arm and as a result, benefit from their PE event in 2029 .

This role boasts a top-tier back office support including events, marketing, tech and flight expenses .

What's on offer?

• Base: 80k plus sign on/guarantee DOE
• Bonus: 50% total commission
• WFH: 2 days/week, half day Friday
• Events, marketing and expense budget

Routes for progression:

• Opportunity to work side-by-side with an 800k Partner biller
• Training programme with a track record of producing 7-fig billers
• Working towards PE event in 2029

What they want from you:

• Ideally £200k+ billing target
• Private Practice background
• Ability to deliver on senior roles
• Exp. speaking to senior level candidates
