Principal – Head of Interim, Legal Recruitment

60K BASE plus sign on/guarantee

45% commission no TH.

Inherit a £300k interim desk with No BD required at a boutique legal & governance specialist Search firm that places into PE-backed businesses & PLCs.

You will be operating Retained & Exclusive roles, placing at GC & Senior Counsel level into the in-house legal market across C&I, FS, Legal & Compliance.

This role exists as the previous Interim lead has transitioned into a perm role so you’ll earn 100% of the fee to fill roles already on the database, meaning you inherit a desk ready to make money from day one on a 45% commission structure.

With you reporting into the founder (exp. in scaling Legal divisions) & the Partner (leads C&I practice) this role will have you well supported and moving forwards in your career immediately.

What\’s on offer?

• Base: 60k plus sign on/guarantee DOE
• Bonus: 45% OTE on all billings
• Guaranteed £135k OTE without BD
• WFH: 2 days/week
• Best marketing/back office that exists (taken from tier 1 search firms)

Routes for progression:

• Opportunity to either Manage or become Partner
• Phenomenal training programme – avg. consultants’ billings up 50% after 18 months
• Working towards PE event with scaled-up team

• Ideally £200k+ billing target

• Exp. speaking to senior level candidates
