The role:
- You won’t be dropped into a generic desk.
- You’ll operate within a clearly defined vertical, aligned to how your clients actually structure their businesses.
- From there, your role is simple:
- Work directly with founders, investors and senior leadership teams
- Deliver on senior mandates across leadership and team builds
- Build genuine long-term market authority (not transactional relationships)
