The role:

  • You won’t be dropped into a generic desk.
  • You’ll operate within a clearly defined vertical, aligned to how your clients actually structure their businesses.
  • From there, your role is simple:
    • Work directly with founders, investors and senior leadership teams
    • Deliver on senior mandates across leadership and team builds
    • Build genuine long-term market authority (not transactional relationships)
