We’re looking for a Head of Brand to join our growing recruitment group and take ownership of our marketing, brand and lead generation activity across multiple businesses within the group.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused marketing role for someone who understands the recruitment industry and wants genuine ownership over how brands are positioned, promoted and marketed.
You’ll work closely with directors, consultants and teams across the group, helping turn great recruitment businesses into strong, recognisable brands that generate engagement, attract talent and support business growth.
The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and developing the marketing and brand strategy across multiple recruitment businesses
- Managing and developing LinkedIn, social media and personal branding across the group
- Driving lead generation and recruitment marketing activity
- Creating and optimising content, job adverts and social campaigns
- Managing job board activity and monitoring performance to ensure adverts are delivering
- Creating brand collateral, pitch decks, client materials, presentations and sales assets
- Supporting consultants with their personal branding and content
- Delivering LinkedIn and content training to new starters and existing teams
- Managing brand consistency across the group
- Supporting new starter onboarding, including branded materials and digital profiles
- Working with external marketing agencies and partners where required
- Supporting group-wide campaigns, events, presentations and internal communications
- Identifying new opportunities to improve our marketing, brand visibility and lead generation
Who we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll come from a recruitment agency background and understand how recruitment businesses operate.
You’ll be someone who gets excited by marketing, content, brand and lead generation, not someone whose main motivation is billing.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Commercially minded and understands that marketing needs to drive business results
- Creative, with a strong eye for brand and content
- Confident writing for different audiences and platforms
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and recruitment consultants
- Proactive and able to take ownership without needing constant direction
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities
- Confident using LinkedIn and social media as commercial tools
- Excited by lead generation and finding new ways to generate opportunities
This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a marketing checklist and asked to tick boxes.
You’ll have real ownership of group marketing, the freedom to bring new ideas to the table and the opportunity to shape how multiple recruitment brands grow and develop.
If you’re a recruitment marketing specialist, recruiter with a strong interest in marketing, or an experienced marketer who understands the recruitment sector and wants to make a genuine commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you.
