MUST COME DIRECTLY FROM AN AGENCY BACKGROUND. One of my strongest clients are looking to execute on an urgent MD level hire, kickstarting their substantial 2026 growth plans. I can guarantee you there will not be a more compelling package / business on the market right now.

In this role, you will inherit an established / high performing contract team of 15, focusing on the below:

  • HC Growth – For your business alone, you will have budget to >2x HC this year.
  • US growth – working closely with your US leaders to ensure strategic success with their States expansion (contract and perm).
  • Revenue generation – with lucrative bonus structures, it is well within your interest to land net-new logos via their multiple service-offerings.

  • £40k avg fees cross the business.
  • Global travel / management opportunities, with 2x new office launches in 2026.

  • A high-performing team (£250-300k avg PPH) of 15 to inherit, with multiple layers of leadership already built out.

  • Ownership of the consulting services division – MUST understand & have exp of SoW / MSP.
  • Equity options with strong wealth creation opportunity by 2030.
  • A firm who have grown by >30% in the last 6-months.

  • A hands-on leader with extensive experience of Contract Tech recruitment experience.
  • A track record of success with winning / servicing SoW / MSP projects.
