My client, a 70+ head, global Tech recruitment specialist, are looking to secure a new MD to pioneer growth, after a period of reorganisation. In this role, you will oversee multiple European sites (LDN HQ) with a key focus on the below:
- Commercial strategy - being hands-on with customers is a non-negotiable
- Headcount expansion - the first growth milestone = 100-heads
- People development - you will have multiple layers of leadership reporting into you

- Up to £150k base & £250k 1st yr OTE
