My client, a 30+ head Tech & Transformation Exec Search specialist, are hiring for an MD to take over and drive their London HQ.

In this role, you will be inheriting an established team of 15, focusing on the following:

  • People development – 80% of this role is people facing, being able to drive growth and performance across your team is essential.
  • Headcount expansion – The aim is to grow this to a minimum of 30-heads by EOY '26, with remit to hire across all levels.
  • Business Development – you MUST be hands‐on client side, pitching & winning retained mandates across Professional & Financial Services.
