Must currently be a UK-based Executive Search Partner within a Search Firm.

Focus: C-Suite/Board Financial Services Search, leadership consulting, CEO succession planning etc.

Base: £250,000

Bonus: 50% Revenue + Groupco Equity ($2.5bn Valuation)

Higher Group are discreetly partnered with a global consultancy, looking to grow its Financial Services focused search & leadership consulting space. The firm is a global advisory, providing counsel to elite corporations and companies including the majority of the FTSE 100, Fortune 100, large/megacap private equity funds, $bn+ family offices etc. They operate globally with over 30 offices across the globe, providing boots on the ground support wherever it's needed.

Backed by a large cap fund themselves, the firm has grown significantly over the past 5 years, bringing in incredible senior search partners that were previously considered 'untouchable' given their tenure & package/buy-outs at various SHREKs/strong boutiques. Yet they have all joined under one roof to form one of the strongest partner/supporting teams in the industry.

In this role you will have carte blanche across the firm's client base, from Goldman Sachs to Millennium, Blackrock to Vanguard & Fidelity. Working on minimum fees of £125,000, with the average being far greater. Appointing industry-defining leaders about more than just search. You'll be a true subject matter expert in your field, considered an advisor & friend to some of the largest funds globally.

The Requirements:

  • 6+ years executive search experience
  • Originating majority of your revenue
  • Originating £800k+/year (ideally avg fee £70k+)
  • Financial services focused
