Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Manchester City Centre

The role:

• You won’t be dropped into a generic desk. You’ll operate within a clearly defined vertical, aligned to how your clients actually structure their businesses.
• Work directly with founders, investors and senior leadership teams.
• Deliver on senior mandates across leadership and team builds.
• Build genuine long-term market authority (not transactional relationships).
