Role

You\’ll Partner with the representatives of the firm as they provide Executive Search solutions to clients both old & new, from Disney to LVMH & the Formula 1. This is about being a true consultant to your client, many a client of this firm have Launched TV Shows/Movies/Events from the introductions made by the Search Partner into the organisation.

There is a specific gap within the HR space at Search level, the firm completed 550 £150k+ Fee Searches across 20 Partners, so all the CHRO work is proving impossible to fill. You would own the CPO/CHRO space here, with all work funnelling to you.

The Average Partner bills £3mn, with the top performer at £15mn NFI. You\’ll be surrounded by highly prolific & collaborative people here.

Requirements

• Currently in an Executive Search Agency, with External Clients
• Ideally Originating £800k+
• UK Based
