Global Managing Partner- Consumer Executive Search
Base Salary: £300k+, £1mn-3mil+ OTE

Want to lead a Top 10 Global Search Firms Consumer Practice? I’m currently representing a Global Powerhouse across Financial Services, Consumer, Industrials, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Private Equity. The firm was established over 50 years ago by Partners who previously worked together at major global search firms. Their clients include leading Large Cap Private Equity Funds and their portfolios, listed businesses as well as rapidly scaling SMEs.
The Firm prides itself on its calibre, with 40 Partners across 20+ Offices, averaging £1,800,000 per Partner, with the top performers north of £15,000,000. This is largely due to the global strength of their client relationships, One P&L approach and the high seniority of work, leading to £200k average fees!
The firm has scaled steadily and precisely, with the highest Recruiter NPS score across the top 100 Global Search Firms, simply meaning they have the happiest Partners! The team comes from a diverse background mixed from SHREK, specialist boutiques & their own shops. The main attraction has always been the global collaboration with a boutique's agility, and no politics.
The Consumer Practice is one of their longest standing teams, with their MP recently retiring they are looking for a replacement to inherit the practice and scale internationally. Utilising their own ideas, they’ll have a blank chequebook to grow/organise events/hire Partners & Associates as they see fit.
Ideal Profile:
- 8+ Years+ Exec Search experience
- Retained experience / Origination focused
- Strong Billing background; £800,000+ annual billings
- Must have Consumer Executive Search background
Offering:
- Base £300k + Shares (Information available)
- Commission scheme 65% Total Revenue, – no deductions for research, admin, marketing etc.
- Opportunity to work from London or one of multiple US offices, with international travel common (covered by the firm)
