My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, are on the lookout for a Director to join and head up their extremely profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).
In this role, you will be inheriting a team of 8 (including 2x Managers), with a key focus on the below:
- Team development - the team of 8 range from Jr (£2.5K WGP) to Principal (£24k WGP), you will be responsible for the development of all levels.
- Team growth - From day one you will have budget to add 2 additional heads to the team.
- Leading from the front - you MUST BE comfortable being hands on.
