Higher Group are working with a leading Private Equity & Tech focused Search firm, looking to scale their Fintech offering with a Senior Partner. The firm currently houses a deep 7-figure biller in the US focused exclusively on CEO/Board level appointments within the Fintech space. Their clients are global firms looking for growth across all corners of the Earth, meaning this firm is having to turn away work across Europe.
You’ll work closely with the UK MD & CEO, growing their market share across Europe, with carte-blanche to scale a practice in your image, collaborating closely with the team in the States to leverage current relationships, rather than just building new ones.
