London MD – £130k base + guarantees + 100% bonus + shares
My client, a 40+ head, global Infrastructure & Renewables specialist, are on the lookout for an industry leading MD to spearhead the growth of their LDN office.
After receiving significant investment (allowing them to 2x HC last year) they are looking to significantly invest in the growth of their London office.
In this role, you will be building this office from the ground up
Strategic direction – Alongside the board, you will play a fundamental part in the growth & overall makeup of their LDN operation
Up to £130k – 100% 1st year bonus
Multiple bonus structures, inc personal comms, overrides & LTIP
A business who grew from 22 to 48 in 2024 – pulling the best talent out of their main competition (you can imagine how well received this has been)
Share options – both yearly cash LTIP bonuses & equity options available
