Higher Group are partnering with a Forbes & Hunt Scanlon top 20 Executive Search & management Consulting firm, as they search for a Lead Researcher to pair with their Top Biller. Currently, the top biller is originating between £2,700,000-£3,100,000 using a broader Central Delivery Function. As they continue to improve, the need for a specific Research Partner is growing.
You will join the Partner on meetings, briefings, and lunches with Large Cap & Mega Cap Private Equity, discussing the most crucial hires in $200bn AUM+ firms. This will give you some of the best exposure to key decision makers possible. You'll help in shortlisting, briefing, advising, and managing the candidates' journey, providing invaluable insight & opinions as the searches progress. This is a true partnership between yourself and the Originator.
I've personally met the Partner in question; they are smart, commercially acute, and extremely driven. But most importantly, they are communicative, highly collaborative, and open to opposing ideas. You'll be bonused on a commission structure, earning 35-60% of every search (£30k-£60k) on a structure going up 50% OTE.
The ideal candidate will:
- Currently be working in (or have completed searches within) Private Equity Fund or Portfolio
- Have experience of retained or contained work
- Strong commercial acumen and EQ
