We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead digital transformation at Higher Ed Partners UK (HEP) — delivering scalable, high-impact systems and tech solutions that support our mission to expand access to online higher education.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional projects focused on:
- Technology implementation (e.g. new platforms, integrations)
- Process automation to drive operational efficiency
- Digital solutions that support student success and partner engagement
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing digital or technical projects (platforms, system launches, SaaS solutions)
- Strong grasp of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, Waterfall)
- Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in project tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet
- Comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), CRMs, APIs, and enterprise tech
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience in EdTech, education, or digital learning environments is a plus
- PM certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master) preferred
- Bonus: Knowledge of Generative AI and experience delivering AI-powered solutions
