Salary: £40,000 + bonus

Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:30 – 9:00 pm (late shift) with 1 weekend in 3, 9:00 – 5:30 pm

We’re looking for an Enrolment Team Manager to lead a high-performing team of seven Enrolment Specialists, driving sales growth, conversion, and an exceptional customer experience. This role is onsite in St Albans or Brighton and operates within a late shift pattern with rolling weekend coverage. It’s perfect for someone who can hit the ground running, lead by example, and thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and coach a shift team of Enrolment Specialists to deliver sales growth and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage daily production metrics including call volumes, talk time, speed to lead, contact rates, and CRM hygiene.
  • Drive performance across all sales funnel stages: enquiry, contact, application, and enrolment.
  • Conduct real-time and structured coaching, including call reviews, to embed sales techniques and behaviours.
  • Chair daily huddles and standups to review performance, pipeline, and dialler strategy.
  • Act as first line escalation point for student or process queries, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Produce accurate performance reporting and maintain adherence to SOPs, compliance, and partner university expectations.

About you:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in a contact centre or high-volume sales environment.
  • Track record of coaching teams to exceed sales targets.
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce and dialler systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and funnel data.
  • Comfortable operating in shift-based and weekend environments.
  • A team player who motivates and inspires colleagues to achieve excellence.
