What you’ll do:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across programmes, intakes, and channels
  • Build, send, and optimise campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot)
  • Ensure campaigns are launch-ready, high-quality, compliant, and on brand
  • Track performance metrics like open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and enrolments, feeding insights into future campaigns
  • Collaborate with CRM, Content, Paid, Digital, and Partner teams to keep campaigns aligned and impactful

KPIs / Success Measures:

  • Campaigns delivered on time, with minimal errors or rework
  • Improved engagement metrics (opens, clicks) and enrolment outcomes
  • Stakeholder confidence in campaign control and delivery
