Are you an experienced Higher Education admissions professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career? At HEP, we’re looking for an Admissions Team Leader to lead a high-performing team and help deliver an exceptional applicant experience — from application through to enrolment. This is more than a people-management role. You’ll have real ownership of performance, quality, compliance and continuous improvement, using data and insight to make admissions faster, smarter and more effective.
The Role
- Lead and develop a team of Admissions Coordinators through coaching, 1:1s, QA and performance management.
- Own KPIs and MI, driving turnaround times, accuracy, workload management and SLA performance.
- Champion accuracy and compliance, overseeing eligibility checks, document verification and admissions decisions.
- Improve processes, developing workflows, SOPs and quality controls to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Manage complex cases and build strong relationships with our university partners.
- Shape the student journey, working closely with Enrolment, Retention and Partner Support.
- Use data to drive change, developing dashboards and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
