Higher Education Partners (HEP) is a leading UK online education provider, delivering Master’s and PhD programmes in partnership with 12 universities. We’re growing our in-house performance marketing team and looking for a Paid Social Manager to own and optimise our Meta and LinkedIn advertising activity. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end — but also play a key part in shaping how we use paid social more strategically across creative, audience targeting, and channel development.

We’re particularly interested in someone who can:

  • Optimise Meta & LinkedIn campaigns for lead quality and performance
  • Work closely with creative teams to test and improve ad formats and messaging
  • Build and refine audience strategies using CRM and platform data
  • Identify opportunities to improve or expand paid social activity across channels
  • Work collaboratively with Google Ads, CRM, and university partners

This role will suit someone who enjoys both performance optimisation and creative problem-solving, and who wants to have real ownership over paid social performance in a growing in-house team.
