Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, Contact Centre Manager, or Enrolment Manager who has successfully led high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets? Higher Education Partners (HEP) is looking for a proven people leader to manage and develop a team of Enrolment Specialists responsible for converting prospective students into enrolments on our university partner programmes. This is not a retail management role. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience leading sales, enrolment, recruitment, admissions, or contact centre teams in a target-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Enrolment Specialists
  • Driving sales performance, conversion rates and enrolment targets
  • Monitoring KPIs including speed to lead, pipeline activity, conversion and revenue performance
  • Conducting regular coaching sessions, call reviews and performance conversations
  • Managing performance and creating a high-accountability, high-support culture
  • Using data and reporting to identify opportunities and improve team outcomes
  • Acting as a key escalation point for team and student queries

What We're Looking For - Essential

  • Previous leadership experience managing a sales or enrolment team
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets through others
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills
  • Experience working within a KPI-driven environment
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends and take action to improve results
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
