Are you an experienced Higher Education admissions professional who thrives on leading people, improving processes and getting the detail right? We’re looking for an Admissions Team Manager to lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, accurate and compliant admissions experience for our applicants. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real ownership of team performance, admissions quality, KPIs and continuous improvement. You’ll be at the heart of the admissions operation, ensuring applications move efficiently through the pipeline while meeting partner university requirements and regulatory standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Admissions Coordinators, creating a culture of accuracy, accountability and exceptional service.
  • Own key KPIs, SLAs and MI, using data to drive performance, capacity and turnaround times.
  • Oversee admissions decisions, eligibility checks and document verification, ensuring full compliance with university requirements.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement smarter workflows, SOPs and quality controls to continuously improve the admissions journey.
  • Manage complex cases and work closely with partner universities to resolve queries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Enrolment, Retention and Partner Support to create a seamless applicant and student journey.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to provide clear insight into performance, trends and opportunities for improvement.
