Higher Capital are the retained partner for one of the UK’s leading PBSA platforms in the search for a Sales Director to join the Senior Management team to lead sales across the UK. About the Role

As Sales Director, you will take ownership of the entire sales strategy and execution. You will be instrumental in growing and evolving the brand presence and take responsibility for driving occupancy across a national portfolio, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects excellence in service and presentation. You will lead with vision, inspiration and supported through data with the courage to think differently.

Responsibilities

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional sales performance, ideally within property, hospitality, or a service-led sector.
• Strategic mindset a hands-on approach — you know how to craft high-level plans and execute with precision.
• Brave creativity — you’re not afraid to challenge the norm and bring fresh, effective ideas to the table.
