They are looking for a strong leader with a technical background to support large teams and deliver efficient services across the UK.

The Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Director to oversee a large-scale repairs and maintenance programme across the UK. This pivotal role involves managing a large direct team, overseeing multi-million-pound budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of our operational commitments. As a key member of the Property Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a large operational team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimise a multi-million-pound budget, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale residential maintenance projects.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with property management, asset teams, and external contractors to enhance service delivery.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Advocate for residents\’ needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale residential maintenance and repairs programmes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large direct teams.
  • Demonstrable success in managing multi-million-pound budgets.
  • Exceptional planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with health and safety compliance and industry standards.
  • Strategic thinker with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
