Portfolio Analyst / Associate - REAL ESTATE
We’re working with a specialist real estate investor, developer and operator focused on living assets to appoint a
Portfolio Analyst.
The role will work closely with Asset & Investment Management, driving portfolio reporting, financial analysis, performance insight and investment underwriting.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly revenue and operator reporting
- Produce portfolio-level distribution forecasts
- Analyse P&L performance and identify key drivers
- Maintain leasing trackers and operational data
- Prepare investor reporting and presentations
- Support market analysis and asset-level strategy
- Improve reporting processes, data quality and use of AI
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, audit or an analytical role
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills to include waterfall distributions
- Good understanding of P&L and financial statements
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement
- Experience working with large datasets
- Excellent Power Point and communication skills
- Real estate experience, particularly PBSA/BTR/Co-living, advantageous
- Hybrid working
£60,000 - £90,000 base + Discretionary bonus.
