I'm working with an institutionally backed living sector investor and operator on an asset management hire. The business invests in and manages its own assets across the living sector - with a London-based investment team and a growing national portfolio.
Working directly alongside senior asset managers across a live, income producing portfolio. Hands on AM - running forecasts and investor reports, researching market rents, monitoring asset performance and supporting client reporting and strategy. Excel proficiency is essential. As the portfolio grows, the expectation is that this person will take ownership of assets independently.

What you'll do
- Run forecasts and investor reports across the portfolio
- Research market rents and support asset strategy
- Asset costing and financial analysis - monitoring income, capital value and operational performance against plan
- Prepare asset business plans and performance updates for senior management and clients
- Monitor and challenge capex programmes and operational expenditure across the portfolio
- Support on acquisitions and due diligence as deal flow requires
About you
- 2–5 years' experience within the living sector is essential – ideally single family or PBSA
- Asset management or fund analytics, portfolio management or AM analyst background at an operator, fund or REIT
- Highly proficient in Excel - running models, forecasts and financial outputs
- Numerically strong - able to read and challenge models
- Research or market analysis experience a bonus
