Their focus spans super prime residential, luxury hospitality, and heritage refurbishments - with a reputation for technically complex delivery, design-led schemes, and consistently high-quality execution.
They\'re now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of a newly launched scheme in London, from pre-construction through to completion and final handover. The business holds high expectations and demands attention to detail, suiting those who take pride in what they deliver and work to a consistently high standard.
This role would suit someone with a strong technical foundation, ideally from a Tier 1 contractor, now working consultancy side and ready to take on more ownership within a lean, senior team delivering complex, design-led projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Support delivery across design, procurement, and construction phases
- Manage external teams and key packages
- Coordinate design and technical detail through later RIBA stages
- Oversee programme, quality, and on-site progress
- Manage risk, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure successful completion and final handover
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in main contracting, now delivering projects in a consultancy setting
- Experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality, or heritage schemes
- Strong understanding of programme, procurement, and technical coordination
- Confident stakeholder management skills and a sharp eye for detail
- A structured approach and the ability to drive delivery
