I am recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a newly formed Development Management firm who have a large pipeline of projects working alongside a leading Investment Manager to develop and deliver single family housing. The position offers rapid growth potential, as well as the opportunity to earn equity in the business.

The role would see you managing the delivery of the forward funded projects, with heavy involvement in the creating and management of development agreements, ensuring smooth programmes of work, and making sure the schemes are delivered on time and in budget to the highest standard. This role would suit someone who has managed the delivery of large-scale housebuilding.

The Senior Project Manager will:

  • Represent the interests of the Investment Manager throughout the Development and delivery of projects
  • Be responsible for negotiating Development agreements with House Builders
  • Management and oversight of the delivery teams
  • Ensure smooth programming of projects, as well as budget creation and management
  • Have strong involvement in all design processes throughout development and delivery
  • Report to clients and key stakeholders throughout the process
  • Be responsible for numerous schemes at once
  • In the future, be responsible for winning new work for the business

The successful candidate will:

  • Have 7 years plus experience in either consultancy or client side working in House Building
  • Have managed the delivery of large-scale housing projects
  • Have a strong knowledge of contracts
  • Be able to create and manage and manipulate building programmes
  • Be able to work autonomously

Salary and benefits:

  • £70,000 - £100,000
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Potential to earn equity in the business
  • Quick progression to Director
  • Flexible / Hybrid working - Regular travel to site is required
