Responsibilities:
- Own and develop a complex 10-year financial model to forecast portfolio performance
- Lead the financial planning process across the entire asset lifecycle
- Support a £1bn+ refinancing project
- Deliver high-impact reporting and insight to senior leadership and institutional investors
- Collaborate across teams to drive data-led, commercial decision making
- Manage liquidity, monitor distributions, and optimise investment performance
- Present financial strategy and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Requirement s:
